This product has definitely assisted me in my weight loss goals. Primarily because it suppresses your appetite. I'm very good about taking it when I'm supposed to. There have been times when I was eating lunch or dinner and noticed I wasn't getting full and then I realized it was because I forgot to take the pill before my meal. If you follow the directions on the bottle I'm sure you will notice a decrease in your food intake. I highly recommend this product. This is the first time I have ever written a review for a product but since I've had success I thought I should share my thoughts.
